Rockabye Baby Rentals offers the most flexibility for receiving your rental equipment. We offer the options for Self Pick Up & Self Return in most locations, Delivery to hotels, vacation rental properties, private residences and even offices within our delivery areas in Houston, Galveston, Austin, Marble Falls, New Orleans, Birmingham, South Florida or Denver. If you are unsure whether your destination is in our delivery area, please call to ask. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Delivery fees vary based on mileage from our warehouse. Delivery fees range from $30 to $75 per order which includes both delivery and pick up. To receive an accurate quote include your delivery location with zip code on our online form or call/email us with your destination zip code.
NOTE: We do not have physical stores or showrooms to "shop" for equipment, but you are welcome to Click a location above to review our inventories and reserve online!
Airport Car Rental Locations - This service is available for a fee in most locations. Our personnel will drop off and pick up equipment at your designated Car Rental Counter. We require your Car Rental Agency and your Reservation number to assure equipment is held for your arrival. Upon return, do not leave baby equipment inside rental cars. Equipment must be returned to the Car Rental Counter to be held for pick up by Rockabye Baby Rentals. Equipment left in rental cars is not recoverable and will be billed at full replacement value to the customer.
Self Pick up/Self Return is available at no additional charge in some locations. Self Pick up/Self Return times are by appointment only. Please do not show up without a confirmed order and reservation time. We make deliveries and must be available to have equipment available for pick up. Full size cribs, Compact cribs and Toddler beds require delivery and are not available for Self Pickup or Airport Drop Off.
Delivery rates are based on normal delivery hours (9AM - 3PM). Delivery/Pick up outside normal hours is available by appointment and incurs an additional fee.
CRIBS AND STAIRS
Due to Federal requirements on crib manufacturing, the weights of full size cribs have significantly increased. This makes the transport of cribs up & down stairs dangerous for an individual, with a high risk for personal injury or property damage. Rockabye must take into consideration the safety of our personnel, as well as, the potential for property damage. Rockabye personnel can only 'deliver to' or 'pickup from' upper floors with the assistance of another adult capable of carrying a 65-pound crib, or if an appropriately sized elevator is available. Unless pre-arranged for upper floor delivery and if no one is available at delivery to assist, cribs will be left in the safest possible location on the ground level. Cribs must be returned to ground level prior to customer departure from the property. Customers can pay an additional fee to assure a 2-person delivery team is sent to deliver & pickup cribs to upper floors, this must be scheduled in advance.
If no safe location exists on ground level, customers will need to call upon arrival to schedule a second delivery attempt (second delivery fee will apply). Cribs not returned to ground level upon departure will require re-scheduling the pickup at a time that two staff members are available. This will result in an additional $100 fee to the customer.
Equipment not returned as scheduled, will incur additional fees for each pick up attempt, as well as additional daily rental rates for each day beyond the scheduled pick up time/date. Refunds are not provided for Cancellation within 48-hours of the Delivery Date and/or "No Show" for Self Pickup. Normal Delivery/Pick up hours are between 9AM - 3PM Monday-Friday and 9AM - 1PM Weekends. We can accommodate other times by appointment. We do not offer Delivery or Pick up services on Holidays. Outside Normal delivery/pick up times will incur additional fees. During peak dates, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break, we do expand our delivery/pick up hours, but cannot guarantee specific times. In order to accommodate all customers during peak dates we can only guarantee the date and will call prior to arrival so you will know we are on the way. If you must have equipment at specific times we encourage you to request times in advance so schedules can be adjusted to best accommodate your time constraints.
Rockabye is closed on New Year's Day, Mardi Gras Day (New Orleans Only), Easter, Mother's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We close early on Christmas Eve. We do not make deliveries or pick ups during hazardous weather conditions.
