Rockabye’s cancellation policy – All cancellations of confirmed orders are charged a $20 processing/restocking fee when cancelled outside of 5-days from the date of the Rental Begin date (Delivery Date).
Orders cancelled between 2 to 5 Days of scheduled Delivery Date will be charged 50% of the Order Total.
Orders cancelled Inside 2 Days of scheduled Delivery are non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for:
(A) equipment cancelled on-site or refused on-site;
(B) If a customer or customer’s designated party “No Shows” for a Self Pickup; or
(C) for early termination of the rental, we do not pro-rate.
Additionally, no refunds are available for equipment purchased specifically to accommodate a customer’s order, regardless the time of cancellation.
Don’t want to lose money due to Cancellation? Our cancellation policy allows for placing an order in Pending Status
To avoid losing money due to a cancellation, you can request to postpone your rental to another date. We can place your order in a “Pending” status until you know your new rental dates. No money will be refunded, but you will have the credit to use at another time within a 1-year period of your original order date. You must contact us and request to place the order as “Pending” at least 2 days prior to the delivery date.
