Since 2006, Rockabye baby rentals service delivers clean, safety inspected baby equipment for short and long term rent by traveling families and visiting guests. We specialize in baby equipment and child rentals services for vacation rental properties, hotels, corporate housing and private residences. Rockabye is a full service, year round fully licensed and insured business. When you order from us, you can rest assured that you will receive excellent equipment from our professional staff. We do not participate in “gig” or “affiliate” services or web platforms. We are physically located in the cities we service, we own all our equipment and we make all deliveries.
Our equipment is all purchased new and registered with manufacturers specifically for rental. We accommodate traveling visitors and local families for their occasional need and when out-of-town guests arrive. Additionally, we offer long term options for corporate relocations and temporary medical rentals. Rockabye baby rentals is a favorite of grandparents. We carry a large inventory of gear for babies and toddlers, such as cribs and baby bed rental, car seat rental, baby beds, highchairs, strollers and more!

How to receive your baby rentals
We deliver and pick up at your destination. Rates are based on the distance between our nearest warehouse and the Zip Code of delivery location, with fees ranging from $20 to $80. A delivery fee applies each time we deliver to a location and is based on an average sized order that will fit into a single delivery vehicle. It is best to have 2 separate orders when you have 2 separate delivery dates or delivery locations. See our locations to determine which services your destination. Delivery & Pick up is the only option in our Florida locations.
Large volume orders for a conference groups should call our office for a custom quote.
We make every effort to arrive on time to deliveries. However, due to unpredictable traffic situations and possible delays, we do not guarantee exact delivery times. Please, allow a 2-hour window for Delivery and Pickup.
Airport Drop Off/Pick Up
With the ever changing rules and regulations by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as of November 2017 we are no longer able to drop off or pick up baby items at Airports. These are restrictions of these Federal agencies and administered by the Airports. We realize this is an additional inconvenience to travelers, but we must abide by the laws, rules and regulations.
However, we can deliver car seats and portable baby items to transportation services, limousine services, etc. on your behalf. Here are some transportation services we recommend and work with:

We don’t just say that we believe in Safety, we live by it.
Baby items are also easily delivered to your final destination whether a private residence, vacation rental property, or hotel. In addition, we offer self pick up and self return at our designated locations during business hours. If you will be renting a car at a location other than the airport, we can likely work out a drop off and pick up.
Self Pick up & Return – BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
We offer self pickup and self return of baby equipment at designated locations as a convenience for our clients. This service is by appointment only and requires advance scheduling. In some cases our warehouses can be difficult to locate. We have designated convenient nearby retail locations to meet customers to make picking up and returning baby gear as easy as possible. These locations are easy to identify with ample parking. Our local representative will call to coordinate a convenient time to meet. Please be aware, we do not have personnel or services inside these retail establishments. Cribs and baby bed rentals are not available for this service.
We have a $40 minimum rental requirement, plus tax and delivery (if requested).
Payment Methods – Rockabye offers the following:
- Payment by Phone – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
- Direct from our Shopping Cart via either PayPal or Square
- Electronic Invoice from either PayPal or Square
Electronic Invoices are payable upon receipt and have a clickable link to pay directly from your computer.
Order Cancellation after confirmation and payment are subject to the following:
- More than 5-days prior to delivery – full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
- Between 5-days and 2-days prior to delivery – 50% refund of total order
- Within 2-days of scheduled delivery or On-Site cancellation no refund
- No-Show for Self Pickup are not refunded.
