We have supplied safe, clean baby gear for rent in Houston, Galveston, New Orleans, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach since 2006. Each service area maintains its own inventory, staff, and services. Although, we have a central reservation office to better serve our customers. Reservation specialists are available to assist with answering questions about products, services, equipment and availability; as well as booking your order. Once an order is confirmed, the order is sent to the local manager to handle preparation of the order, logistics and local delivery & pick up. Some baby equipment rental locations also offer Self Pick-up/Self Return. So, when choosing self pick-up and return, know that equipment must be returned to the same warehouse. Orders may not be rented at one facility, then returned at a different Rockabye baby rental location.
Our Reservation Call Center is open 8:00AM to 7:00PM/Weekdays, and 9:00AM to 1:00PM/Weekends. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and your call will be returned as quickly as possible. We respond to emails typically within 1 hour, or less during business hours. Please do not repeatedly call and hang up on our voicemail, this only delays our ability to respond to you quickly.
