Rockabye now ships baby equipment and essentials throughout Texas. If you are traveling to a destination outside our service areas of Houston or Austin, Rockabye can still assist you with your rental needs. Shipping services do require confirmation 72-hours (excluding weekends and holidays) in advance to allow for order processing and shipping. All shipments will arrive by 7PM, unless pre-arranged for expedited delivery (additional charges apply for expedited services).

If you need a Pack N Play and High Chair in Lubbock on Friday. We must have your order confirmed no later than 6PM on Tuesday. All items are shipped Mon - Fri, if your order is shipped out on Friday, it will arrive Monday or Tuesday depending on which zone you are in. Call a Rockabye Representative for accurate shipping details.

There area a few limitations: Rockabye cannot ship full size or compact cribs, deluxe high chairs, full size swings or exersaucers. Size and weight make these items too costly for shipping.

We offer exceptional Brand Name gear that is in compliance with the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) and the voluntary standards as set by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM F-1169 and ASTM F-996). Our equipment meets or exceeds these safety standards and is certified by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA)

What to Expect?

Your items will arrive on the date specified in shipping boxes. Someone must be available at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. Please be careful opening all boxes, as items tend to shift during shipping. Be sure to retain all boxes, shipping materials and return shipping lables for returning items to Rockabye. Each shipping box will contain a pre-printed shipping lable for the return shipment. Do not allow children to play with packing materials, plastic bags or shipping boxes.

Equipment does not need to be fully cleaned prior to return, but we do ask that any obvious spills or substances that could stain be removed prior to return packaging. Please be sure to return all items including: instruction manuals, batteries, power cords, linens, etc. Items returned incomplete may no longer be rentable and are subject to additional charges for replacement. Repackage rented equipment in shipping boxes, seal with shipping tape, place the return shipping label on the outside of the package and call Lonestar Overnight to advise you have a shipment to be picked up. Your rental period ends at the time Lonestar Overnight picks up the boxes. You remain responsible for the equipment until picked up by Lonestar Overnight. Do not leave boxes sitting outside package drop boxes.
