Rockabye Baby Rentals delivers baby equipment directly to your Houston, Austin or New Orleans Area destination, within our delivery areas. To check to see the delivery fee for your area, complete our quote request form with the zip code for your location or call and provide us with your zip code.

Delivery rates are as follows:

January 16 through October 31 - $25 for standard delivery areas, $35 for expanded delivery areas, and $45 for Airport Meet & Greet Services during business hours (9AM - 5PM). Outside normal business hours is available by special arrangement and will incur additional cost.

November 1 through January 15 - $35 for our standard delivery areas, $45 for expanded delivery areas, and $60 for Airport Meet & Greet services during business hours (9AM - 5PM). Outside normal business hours is available by special arrangement and will incur additional cost.

Equipment not returned as scheduled, will incur additional fees for repeated pick up attempts, as well as additional daily rental rates for each additional day beyond the scheduled pick up time/date.

Renting a car at the Airport? While we are happy to provide equipment via Airport Meet & Greet, due to continued loss/theft, we no longer will permit our equipment to be left in the care of car rental companies. We are happy to arrange to meet you at the car rental counter or terminal to deliver and pick up car seats and equipment, needed during your stay in Austin or Houston. Clients must notify Rockabye if their schedule changes, so we can arrange to meet you. Any client leaving Rockabye gear in rental cars will automatically incur an additional 1-week rental fee to cover the cost of equipment recovery efforts. Any equipment that cannot be retreaved, will be considered lost and renter will be charged for full replacement value of the equipment in addition to all rental costs.

Our normal Delivery/Pick up window is between 9AM - 1PM, Monday-Friday. We can accommodate other times by appointment. We do not offer Delivery or Pick up services on Holidays. Afterhours and Weekend delivery/pick up may incur additional fees.

We do not have a retail store or showroom to "shop" for equipment. Will Call/Return is available with advance confirmation of an order. Will Call times are by appointment only. We ask that clients do not show up without making advance arrangements, since we make deliveries, and you could arrive to a locked location. All orders for full size and compact cribs require Delivery and Setup, these items are not available for Will Call or Airport Meet & Greet.

We do not provide services further than 35-miles one-way from our warehouses. Our warehouses are located in zip codes 77084 and 78613.

*Areas indicated with (*) require a $100 minimum order in addition to Delivery Fee, due to distance. Zip code is required to provide an accurate delivery quote. Our business hours are Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5:30PM. Additional fees apply for delivery/pick up outside business hours, outside standard delivery areas, etc.

Due to liability, Rockabye personnel cannot install car seats or assist with installation of car seats. Instructions are provided. However, if you are unsure about the installation, we strongly encourage you to stop at any Fire or Police Station to request assistance.
