All Orders are processed through our HQ & Booking Office in Houston,TX. Our local staff does not handle payment transactions. Should you need changes to your order, contact the booking office.

We offer self pickup and return as a convenience for our clients. We meet clients at our designated locations. In some cases our warehouses can be difficult to locate so we will meet clients in the parking lot at a nearby retail location. These locations are easy to identify and have ample parking. We request that you call our local representative to arrange a time to meet. Please be aware that we do not have a locations inside these retail establishments and their employees will not be aware of your order. Our representative will meet you in the parking lot and will be driving a vehicle with signs identifying them as Rockabye Baby Rentals.
